To ensure the smooth running of the church services many people work together using their unique abilities and talents to enhance our fellowship with God and with one another.

  • Hosts and Hostesses – Welcome first timers enthusiastically and make people feel loved and welcome in our church
  • Prayer  – intercede and pray for diverse aspects of the church, it’s vision and members
  • Protocol – see to the convenience of the Senior Pastors and other ministering pastors as they minister God’s word in a given church service
  • Membership Classes – take new additions to the church on a set of classes that ground such believers in the Christian faith and GFIC vision
  • Love & Care – ministers to the physical needs of people, thereby showing the love of Christ, practically
  • Steps of Grace – Youth dance group
  • Sounds of Praise – Youth Choir
  • Fragrance – Church’s Worship Team
  • African Praise – Music ministers in the traditional style
  • Children’s Department – Men and Women who teach young ones the Lord’s ways
  • Security – ensures safety of lives and property within and around the church
  • Organisation – gets the church properly set-up for services and events
  • Publications – in charge of production and publishing of all church publications
  • Ushering – responsible for the maintenance of law and order during service
  • Counselling – shares the word with and pray for new converts and first-time worshippers
  • Transportation – coordinates and ensures the mass transportation of worshippers to and from church
  • Media – responsible for the audio-visual aspects of church services and the ministry as a whole
  • Hospitality – makes sure victuals are available at applicable church events
  • Drama – presents the message of the gospel through the medium of plays
  • Greeters – welcomes worshippers to church in a friendly non-threatening manner
  • Football – evangelising and discipling using the avenue of football & popular sports
  • Choir – the music ensemble that ministers to God and his people via songs
  • Sanitation – ensures the cleanliness of the church and surroundings
  • Information – maintains the desk where ALL relevant information about the church can be obtained, with a spirit of excellent customer-care
  • Technical – oversees the smooth operation of all electrical appliances of the church
  • Decoration – beautifies the Lord’s house, thereby giving an ambience of excellence
